Terms and conditions



The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, MasterCard,Visa Electron, American Express and MobilePay. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch. All amounts are in DKK, including VAT.

When purchasing items on pre-order, you will be required to pay full amount 100% upfront, when you place your order. Including shipping fee and taxes.
The amount will charged between 1-5 business days after you have placed the order.
Expected delivery date will be approximately 2-3 months (for more specific details, please see your order confirmation or receipt). You will receive an email when your item(s) are being shipped or ready for pick-up. The estimated delivery date will be noted on the product page.
You will still have your full return and refund rights with your pre-ordered item(s). You can return or receive a full refund on your pre-ordered item(s), 14 days after you have recieved your item(s).


We ship to all of Europe (except from UK), USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Australia.

DAMERNES MAGASIN covers shipping on orders above DKK 1000,- when shipping within Denmark. Shipping costs on orders below DKK 1000,- or outside of Denmark are stated below and will be displayed at check-out.

Prices on shipping:
Denmark - 50 DKK
Countries in the European Union - 95 DKK (approx. 13€)
Norway - 150 DKK (approx. 20€)
Rest of the world - 300 DKK (approx. 40€)
Unfortunately we do not ship to UK at the moment. 

All shipments that are sent by DAMERNES MAGASIN are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist. 


We aim to ship same day for orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday. In Denmark we aim to deliver within 1-3 working days, though international shipments might experience extended time of delivery. 

We do not take the responsibility for any delays when the goods are shipped. 

We normally ship with DAO, PostNord, GLS or UPS. You are also welcome to pick up your purchases in the store. In that case choose PICKUP IN STORE as a freight form when you approve your order.



In-store pickup is available during store opening hours at Jægersborggade 29, kld th, 2200 Copenhagen N.

A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready to pick-up.



You have the right to return you purchase within 14 days from the arrival date of your package. Any sum debited from your card will be credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and checked by DAMERNES MAGASIN.

DAMERNES MAGASIN offer a refund provided that the products are returned unworn, in perfect and salable condition, with all tags and packaging attached. We hold the right to deny return if the product returned does not meet our policy requirements.

Return procedure:
1. Please inform us about the return at info
@damernes-magasin.com and provide us with order number and tracking number of the package.
2. Please add the original invoice and return authorisation card inside the returning package

The buyer is responsible for return shipping and for any costs involved.

Please notice that we do not pick up packages at a package store, pick-up points, or similar.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

DAMERNES MAGASIN will cover the return costs for faulty products or products that are damaged in transit to you in which case you should contact info@damernes-magasin.com with photographic evidence.

All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.



You are responsible for any expenses (VAT, customs, handling fees etc.) associated with sending packages to or receiving packages from DAMERNES MAGASIN - unless anything else is specified at the website or checkout.  

Are you ordering from an EU country you have to pay Danish VAT, but no duty under the rules of free movement of goods. Are you ordering from outside of EU (e.g., Norway, Switzerland, USA, etc.) you may have to pay additional tax and/or duties in the country of destination. Please note that this may delay delivery if the goods are being held up in customs.

DAMERNES MAGASIN cannot be held responsible for any possible duties, taxes, and any handling fees which may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes, or other imposed fees rest with the customer. The same applies for returned products. In the case of return where VAT, customs, or any other fee such as but not limited to handling fees will be applied the return parcel, the amount will be deducted the amount credited. 

Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. 



The informations you give to DAMERNES MAGASIN, like address, email, phone number and so, will be treated with full confidentiality and will not be past on to third parties.



You have a 2 year warranty. Manufacturing defects which appears after use is covered by the warranty. Damages that occurs due to the wrong hadling, wear, unintentional use or poorly care is not covered by the warranty.
If you have recieved the wrong or a defect goods we will exchange it without cost. If so, pls contact us before you return the delivery at hej@damernes-magasin.com and remember to give us your phone number and email adress. Along with the item(s) you must leave some information of the mistake or defect of the order, your name ad invoice number. We will immediately send you a new style if possible. If not we will refund the full amount - including the freight cost.
The risk of the goods passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery. Therefore always check when you recieve them. Pls contact os within 24 hours - or the following work day - if there are any visible damages or manufacturing defects.
