Shipping, return and payment

SHIPPING

We ship Monday - Friday. Purchases made before 11am, will be shipped on the same day.
We normally ship with DAO, DHL or UPS. 
You are also welcome to pick up your purchases in the store. In that case choose PICKUP IN STORE as a freigt form when you aprove your order.


PAYMENT

You can pay with creditcard and MobilePay. When you have placed your order, you will receive a temporary order confirmation via email. The email will have an overview of what you ordered, freight, amount, name and delivery adress. You will receive the final order confirmation on email when we ship your order. We will withdraw the money from your account when we ship your order.

DELIVERY 

We aim to deliver within 1-3 working days. Orders places before 11am Monday - Friday will be shipped same day. During Christmas we recommend to place orders latest on the 20th of December before 11am. Though we do not take the responsibility for any delays when the goods are shipped. 

RETURN

You have 14 days to return an order bought on the webshop. The 14 days starts from you have recieved the package.
The items must be returned intact. If an item has been used and its sales value is thereby impaired you will lose the right of return.

The cost of a return is at you. Please remember the return note. When we have recieved and approved the item(s), we will refund the price of the item(s) at your account within a week.
Please notice that we do not pick up packages at a package store or similar.


RESERVATION

All the prices that is given on the website includes VAT.
We reserve the right to textual errors, sold out items and price changes on the website.
